Village Roadshow Theme Parks

Brief: produce one eCard to represent all the brands of Village Roadshow Theme Parks, including Movie World, Sea World and Wet ‘n' Wild.

Solution: the creative team at ekarda developed an eCard that really stood out. Bugs Bunny was integrated into the design, and the result was so successful at its initial deployment in the Australian market that the same eCard was later dispatched throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

OAMPS Insurance Brokers

Brief: create a fun and engaging Christmas eCard that adhered to OAMPS' strict corporate style guide.

Solution: OAMPS provided ekarda with most of the artwork for their Christmas eCard, which was then designed and tested before deployment to all of OAMPS's employees in 2009 and 2010.

BP Bitumen

Brief: produce an eCard that not only reflected BP Bitumen's product (bitumen for road builders) but also carried an environmental message.

Solution: ekarda collaborated with BP Bitumen's creative agency to produce their Christmas eCards in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Fairfax Media

Brief: create customised Christmas holiday eCards for seven of Fairfax Media's brands and enable their dispatch by hundreds of employees.

Solution: the ekarda team created eCards tailored to The Age, Fairfax Digital, Fairfax Media, Domain, Drive, MyCareer and Commercial Real Estate, turning a logistical nightmare into an environmentally friendly dream.


Brief: produce an environmentally friendly, custom Christmas eCard and enable 2,000 Caltex employees to dispatch it to their particular contacts.

Solution: utilising eKarda's business-to-business eCard software, Caltex effortlessly empowered all 2,000 employees to send personalised Christmas eCards to their own contacts. This process had previously required months of planning and large budgets.

Invensys Rail

Brief: create a Christmas eCard that anchored the new brand of Invensys Rail (formerly Westinghouse Rail), adhering to extensive branding guidelines.

Solution: eKarda's creative team wrapped the ‘i' around the Christmas tree, aligning all elements of the design with Invensys's exacting standards.

Hotel Windsor

Brief: building on the success of a previous ekarda solution for Hotel Windsor, produce a Christmas eCard aligned with the values of this renowned brand.

Solution: eKarda's team used a stunning night shot of the hotel to create a design for the eCard, which was dispatch to more than 30,000 recipients, generating glowing feedback from Hotel Windsor's clients and suppliers.


Brief:produce an environmentally friendly eCard option for US clients and contacts.

Solution: ekarda incorporated AVEVA's logo into a snow globe, giving a traditional feel to their holiday eCard.

Heritage Building Society

Brief: produce B2B and B2C Christmas eCards that matched the long-standing pedigree of the Heritage Building Society.

Solution: ekarda developed an entirely new eCard based on images supplied by the Heritage Building Society and empowered a large number of employees to dispatch the eCards to their own business and consumer contacts. The result was so successful that the client commissioned ekarda to produce eCards for its bank brand the following year.

Solution: an entirely new eCard template with a custom font was designed to function within the ekarda software.
